How Does The System Work?


  • It sends steam at the desired pressure and temperature to the desired area.
  • The steam sent to each zone is returned back to minus 0.3 bar pressure from the sending pressure and re-inserted in the circulation with Baelz -590- (Thermocompressor).
  • The hot water collected in the separators is pumped into the boiler via the closed system pump.
Control Valve and Condensate System 

The surface temperature is lower due to the thick condensate film in the cylinder.

 Condenstop Free Vapor Closed Circuit System

 A higher surface temperature is achieved thanks to a thinner condensate film in   the cylinder. The steam flow is controlled according to the thermal load condition   and provides a very low temperature difference on the drum surface.

Temperature and level parameters are set and monitored from the automation screen thanks to the introductory automation in the system.

The thermal values on both the cylinder and the pan surfaces on the machine that performs the production in the production process are equalized at every point.
